Disclosures
The fine print, in plain sight.
Serious companies publish their limits as clearly as their ambitions. Ours are below.
Company status
Eyekus Capital Ventures Inc. is in formation. Incorporation under the Ontario Business Corporations Act (OBCA) is in progress, and details on this page — including the names of planned operating subsidiaries — may change when the articles of incorporation are filed. A corporation number and registered-office address will be published here once issued.
No offer, no solicitation, no advice
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, fund, or investment product, and nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Eyekus Capital Ventures Inc.:
- invests and holds its own capital only;
- is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer, or fund manager with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) or any other regulator;
- does not accept, manage, or solicit funds from the public.

Forward-looking statements
Statements on this website about future plans — including planned subsidiaries, products, and timelines — are forward-looking. They describe intent, not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on filings, financing, market conditions, and execution, and may differ materially. The company undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
Accuracy & no fabricated metrics
This website deliberately publishes no financial performance figures, assets-under-management claims, client counts, or return statistics, because the company is newly formed and any such numbers would be invented. The Performance section contains four verified operating-system metrics, dated as of October 13, 2026.
