The most common questions about Eyekus Capital Ventures — what we are, what we do, and how to reach us. For anything not covered here, write to us directly.

What is Eyekus Capital Ventures Inc.?

Eyekus Capital Ventures Inc. is a privately held Canadian holding company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. It holds capital, ventures, and intellectual property inside a structure designed to protect them and let them compound over time. See The Company for the full picture.

Is Eyekus incorporated yet?

Not yet — the company is in formation. Incorporation under the Ontario Business Corporations Act (OBCA) is in progress, and names of planned operating subsidiaries may change when the articles are filed. A corporation number and registered-office address will be published in Disclosures once issued.

Can I invest with Eyekus, or does Eyekus manage money for the public?

No. Eyekus invests and holds its own capital only. It is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer, or fund manager with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) or any other regulator, and it does not accept, manage, or solicit funds from the public. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a security.

What does Eyekus actually do?

Four mandates, one standard: (1) Holding & Asset Stewardship — owning and protecting the group’s core assets; (2) Capital & Ventures — private allocation of the company’s own capital; (3) Athletics & Performance — coaching and training services through operating companies; (4) Media & Intellectual Property — books, brands, and digital products held and licensed from the holding company. Details are under What We Do.

How is the company structured?

On the classic holding company / operating company model. The holding company (the vault) owns trading capital, investments, and IP. Separate operating companies (the engine) run the day-to-day business and carry its risks. Money crosses between them only as dividends, shareholder loans, management fees, or capital injections — each documented. The diagram is under Structure.

Does Eyekus provide financial, legal, or tax advice?

No. Nothing on this website is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it must not be relied on as such. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Where is Eyekus located?

Toronto, Ontario, Canada — the company’s home jurisdiction and registered-office location. The full registered-office address will be published upon incorporation.

How do I reach Eyekus about coaching or training?

Coaching and training enquiries are handled by the operating company once it is stood up. In the meantime, write to [email protected] with “Athletics” in the subject line and we will route it correctly.
